A calming toolbox for your child

Create a calming toolbox for your child, which can be carried with you in the car etc.  The toolbox contains practical things to help your child reduce their anxiety or anger.

It should contain things like:

  • Balloons
  • Bubbles
  • Stress ball
  • Calming bottle (plastic bottle filled with rice and little objects-buttons/charms)
  • Dough
  • Glitter globe
  • Objects with different textures
