For all warning letters issued the student will be required to attend a Saturday morning Principal’s detention. Detention will run from 08:30 to 10:30. Failure to attend this detention will result in a 50-point demerit and the student will incur a severe sanction. STUDENT MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL. The Principal may at any time, request a student to leave Marist Brothers Linmeyer, if they feel it is in the best interest of the school and/or student. |

120 | Disciplinary Hearing with an external chairperson and final warning letter issued. STUDENT MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL |

40 (level 6 - single offence) | Disciplinary Hearing with Grade Heads and a warning letter will be issued. STUDENT MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL |
50 (level 7 – single offence) | As for 50 (single offence), at the Principal’s discretion Level 7 offences will be treated with sanction. STUDENT MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL |
